Employment Generation

With the manufacture of preserved flowers, around 15 women from the community are benefited with a full-time job.
It is carried out in favorable conditions for women such as: work tables, shade and various comforts.

The lack of job offers in the small communities of Ecuador have forced women to stay at home, unable to contribute to the household economy, since most jobs have been strictly managed only by men.

Field work is generally carried out only by male labor, however, NOW, women can be part of this process and learn from the agriculture applied in the roses.
